All the criminal law statutes such as the Penal Code, Dangerous Drugs Act, Laws of Firearms, Kidnapping and Human Tra cking, Laws of anti-Corruption and Money Laundering, Laws for Public Order and Security which are commonly preventive measures in nature by way of Indictments in Courts, Habeas Corpus applications and legal representations before the Home Ministry, Laws and Courts-Martial in the Armed Forces Act 1972, Maritime and Piracy Laws, and;
