Nikki Lee Wai Foon completed her LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London in 2017 and she went on to successfully attain the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in a single attempt in 2018. Thereafter, she commenced her 9 months pupillage in a small boutique firm in Kuala Lumpur and was subsequently admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor in February 2020.
Nikki had the continuous privilege to work closely with the partner of the firm and has gained valuable first-hand exposure and experience in different areas of practice involving contentious litigation such as contract and commercial disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, defective goods disputes, family disputes, corporate transactions disputes, employment disputes and enforcement of judgment. Besides that, Nikki is also equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge in drafting of commercial contracts, corporate advisory works, estate planning and conveyancing.
Nikki is multilingual and she speaks Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu, Cantonese and Korean which allows her to communicate with clients effectively and with ease.
